Get your Prowess Pod set up and reading your run in a few minutes.

Setting up your Prowess Pod

1. Charge it. Plug the Prowess Pod into the included USB-C cable until the status LED shows a full charge.
2. Get the app. Download Prowess (free) and create your account.
3. Pair over Bluetooth. Open the app, turn on Bluetooth, and follow the pairing guide — the LED confirms the connection.
4. Clip it on. Attach the Prowess Pod to your laces with the lace mount, snug and flat.
5. Run. The sensor auto-records on foot strike. After your run, open the app to sync and see your Prowess Score.

Troubleshooting

• Won't pair? Make sure Bluetooth is on, the Prowess Pod is charged, and you're within a few feet of your phone. Fully close and reopen the app, then retry.
• No data after a run? Keep the app open near the sensor to let it sync, and confirm the pod was clipped securely for the whole run.
• LED not lighting? Charge for at least 15 minutes on the included cable and try again.
